To encourage and educate forest landowners in the management of thier land to the highest standards of good stewardship, the reward of which will be healthier forests, cleaner water, better habitats for wildlife, and increased recerational opportunities.
And, to promote the growing of renewable forest resources while protecting environmental benefits and to increase the understanding of all benefits of productive forestry while raising the level of knowledge about natural resource issues related to forest management.
